Well we now all know that as things stand we will never see a new Barcrest AWP machine so we have seen all they have to offer so now would be a good point to talk about our top 5 Barcrest AWP machines and why we picked them out of the 100s of great AWP machines we have had to enjoy I know we have talked about machines we loved before but now we have the full range to pick from
My top 5
Addams Family £15 Jackpot
I loved this machine and always will the sounds (Ps I use the NUDGES sound as my text tone now lol) and look was great and there was so many ways to get the jackpot it was unreal was always good for a nice sized streak aswell
Jewel in the Crown £10 Jackpot
Once again the look and sounds on this baby were perfect this would be the ideal machine to own in my eyes loves to streak and not always easy to read and that makes for alot of fun
Donna Kebab £25 Jackpot
Its funny with this machine I never liked it on £15 jackpot but found it played much more fair on the new £25 jackpot as normal with Barcrest top game play something for everyone
Ready to Rock £25/£5 Jackpot
Why didnt they clone this machine im sure they could have made this work a few more times you have to love this machine on £5 but it was more of a fight to streak on £25 this is the machine I play most in FME world
Cash Machine £10 Jackpot
One of the first machines I played on £10 jackpot I never could work out the credit card steaks ie what one to take I aint sure I know now and I play it all the time in FME lol but loved the way this machine worked and how it could throw in the odd jackpot when you thought it was dead
Thats my Top 5 so many missed out
Whats Yours ?

Top stop that was my 1st gamble on a machine where it all went down hill. 2nd cash counter nice skillstop on it need a new dx in a proper cab to do it justice. 3rd take two another excellent machine which needs dxing need a good picture/photo if anyones got one remember borrowing 20p of boss took out £40quid pee,ed him off lol.4th gold rush nice streaks had on this stampede, and 5th cash zone had 2.40 streak all the way to top and half way up again. Many other gems I can,t remember all the names.

Money Mad Martians - set on £25/30p - probably the best AWP ever released in my opinion. Was such a departure for me aswell having never really liked turbo gamble machines, but this one hooked me. Fantastic sound package helped also. Still play JAFC's classic to death since getting rid of the one I had due to failure.
Cloud 9/Blue Moon - set on £4.80/20p - probably the only lo-tech machine I would still play repeatedly released by Barcrest. Do like Empire's Clockwork Oranges however, running on Barcrest MPU5 tech.
High Rise (circa 1992) - set on £4.80/20p - a brilliant "mid-tech" machine with quite a few good innovations for the day
Star Wars - A New Hope - set to £35/30p/50p - great innovation, shame the advent of the £70JP totally ruined the gameplay for this one (as it did for many).
Bully For You - set to £25/30p - the last machine released in the New Genesis cab, few nice little cheats and touches in this machine.

Hmm need to give this some proper thought but for now Barcrests Eliminator (compare that to one of the Deal or No deal pieces of trash you see now) springs to mind as does Magnificent 7's.
If were talking clubbers then club connect deserves a mention just for it's sheer reluctance to pay out a jackpot. Hugely playable club machine though.
