Open wherever you extracted the installer to. Delete the folder called Temp. Now run the installer. Sorry. Its trying to create a folder called temp when it already exists.

I've got it installed but what is the username and password thing all about and when i hit apply and launch i either get an error screen or nothing happens

I get this tooyes i got to the screen where you enter a user/password so i entered my user/pass for this site but then after a few seconds i get "Can not initilize digital sound system (error code 14)" and it closes automatically

I do this now and nothing happens at all.Good point. Its irellevant. Tick Offline Mode before you click Apply/launch.

Sorry i aint a clue on the above apart its xp32bitPeople getting the digital sound error can you elaborate on your OS Name and number of Bits please.
Also what sound hardware are you using.
Also please check to see if there is a file called Bass.dll in your system32/SysWOW64 folder. If there isn't that's why.
Also did you run the installer in admin mode.

It looks very professional I must say. The user interface looks good. You need to be able to navigate back from the layout menu though.

You need to exit the emulator if you want to get back to the first screen where the graphic options/resolutions are, from the layout selection screen. If you exit a running game, it will put you back to the layout selection screen.
You have to put something in the username and password field, and then click offline.
Just leaving username and password blank and ticking offline doesn't work for me, nothing happens when you click launch.
Had me stumped for a while that one lol !
Vista x64 (had to override the detection as expected)
