I only get that error if i select a screen resolution in graphics options with a different aspect ratio to my screen. Try putting your screens native res in the graphics settings.

1280x1024 ......... nope that was this 1st thing I had

I was geting the error everyone was getting, the new update and I get a graphical error of some sort.

Builds will be nightly for the next few weeks with abit of luck. Tonights will be out by 9. There is more added to the intel workaround, this time maybe *crosses fingers*.

Okay. Stupid question time. The folks that are still having Graphic Card issues. Have you got everything enabled in the DirectX setttings?

To check, type in "dxdiag", into the "Run" command. You'll see the run command when you press "Start", on the bottom left of the screen. It's under the "Search" function on Windows.

I think Guitar is nearly ready for another update, so I hope it gets around the issues you're having. Your CPU is nearly the same as mine. I'm on a P4 - 3.06, and you're on a 2.8, so it should run okay if you can get past the Graphic Card problems.

well well we have project amber running
I download yesterdays update and ticked intel in the box and no graphics error
Now gota work out how to load bluey

Same here i just get a black screen and all the other versions worked for me so ive gone back to v10106 for the moment

Please ensure you are using HAL mode.

Ok too many graphics issues, and I cant find a laptop at work that doesn't work with amber. The intel series 4 Chipset works very well.

If anyone has teamviewer installed and doesn't mind me logging in to your PC tonight, and Amber doesn't work for you, I will see what I can do to get it running. Preferably a long standing (active) member.

Lappy is "Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chip" ......... just also tried it on here, and doesn't even load up, just load of loading errors

1st error --- Could not create D3D Window - Error Number Returned: - 2005530516-Automation Error

2nd error --- D3D settings error - Error number returned: 91-Object variable or With block variable not set (you then have to click OK 12 times to get rid of this message)

3rd error - D3D settings error - Error number returned: - 2005530516-Automation Error

4th error - Run-time error "2005530516 (8876086c)": Automation Error

Then after clicking OK programme closes
