Get a program called speccy, it tells you what ur system is running. It's a good little program tbh as it scans the system to find what you have plugged in.

There will be a logo of some kind, I have a PNY card and the code is D33058 so it may not be obvious.
It will though be faily big compaired to other bits of writing.

on dxdiag it says
name:
manufacturer:n/a
chip type n/a
DAC type: n/a
approx total memory: n/a
current display mode 1024 * 786 (32 bit) (1 hz)
underneath in the notes box it says
The system is using the generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.
To test DirectDraw functionality, click the "Test DirectDraw" button above.
Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.
ok i wall take it out and have a good look now. bear with me wont be too long

Just enter it into Google, that will give you an indication of the card and what driver to look for.

In addition to the above posts , you could try downloading and running driver genius.
http://www.driver-soft.com/
Although it will ask you to buy it after the initial scan of your system...it will detect what graphics card you have and what driver version is out for it.
Windows update can be good for finding driver updates as well under 'hardware' once you check for updates.
If its a Nvidia card you have , go to the Nvidia site and let it install and run the active X control and it will automatically find the latest and best driver for your card.

Looks like you are dealing with a Dell Dimension 5150 (Or one of it's family group anyway) bud, according to the main-board code you showed earlier, so give this page at Dell a try, assuming you are using the origonal parts that came with it http://www.dell.com/...en&s=dhs&~ck=mn
Another thing to check, is see if you can find the Dell Service Tag number, go over to Dell's site, and drop that tag code in to their downloads / drivers section.
