i walked past my local this morning,..and the 3 fruit machines hadnt been turned off from the night before,..so i wondered,..do fruit machines overheat or can they be left on for yonks and yonks?,..... i know that at the ferry terminal in dover,...the fruit machines are constantly on.
just wondered.

They will get to s certain temp then stay there, PSUs tend to overheat (Epoch BFM Saken PSU) but they have fans in, so do the ones that run Impact machines. So no they wont There designed to be on from 11AM till 2 in the morning

They have fans in the psu's to stop them over heating too much,i bet the machines have been left on because the batteries are flat and they will do a ram clear every time they are switched off.They probs pay too much when the rams have been reset so they leave em on.
