Hi,

I recently purchased this machine and all was working fine.

When i switch it on it usually displays "initiallising" for a few seconds, then the reels spin into place, then im free to play.

However whenever i switch it on now, it doesnt show the "initiallisng" anymore, the reels spin but after that nothing happens.

So basically nothing is displaying where it usually says initiallising e.g. where the credits and winnings are normally shown.

Lights all display fine though, so im pretty lost? as its my 1st fruity any help would be apreciated.

Check the block connections in the machine first, if you havn't done so already. If still no Alpha Display, the machine may need a new one. I will point out though, the Alpha Display may not be to blame. It may be a fault with the Mux Board or MPU. Fruit machines are funny things and not always straight forward, I'm finding this out myself at the moment.

Thanks for the reply.

Ive checked the block connections and they seem to be ok.

BUT its letting me put money in and play now, but i still cant see how much is in play and doesnt show anything when starting up so its confusing.

I'd change the Alpha Display and see if that solves your problem. You should be able to get one off e-bay no problem. If the machine is giving random errors or problems, I would try changing the MPU.
