Hello,

 

i can't download anything above 10 MB (member since 2010). I know the daily limit, but even after waiting two days i can' t download the following layouts:

 

30.39 MB Clouseau's Revenge 3 Player

10.63 MB Club Pink Panther

22.02 MB DOND - Double Take

 

Can you help me?

Are those layouts really that big?

Another thing you could do is join The Mecca. Most layouts are released over there as well, so you can spread your downloads over the sites.

Shame fruit forums is still out of action that had plenty of download bandwidth.

Clouseau's Revenge is 15mb, you only need to download the latest file not both

How much would you bang in a DOND in 5 minutes? You can get a years upgrade to your downloads for as little as a fiver lol.

I've now removed the daily file size maximum limit for the "New Members" group.

The daily limit is still 2 downloads per day, but those 2 files can be any size.

The reason those layout's are that big, (and I'm sorry I uploaded a couple like this) is the FML.file, there appears to be a FML.bck.file included whatever that is. I think that's a back up file when the creator saves the layout. This file shouldn't be included within the zip file which is why the files are so big. The three player on panther has four totally an extra 5mbs in file size.

In future the creator/uploader including myself needs to make sure this particular file isn't includec in the final upload.
If this is incorrect then maybe wizard can confirm this?

I'll bear that in mind. I wasn't sure if it was needed or not to be honest. If not Ill not include it next time.
