The question is in the title!

It is a club machine i played back in the mid 1990's and I loved it for one main reason:
As soon as the money started backing it was certain to pay out £40+ on the gamble very quickly.

Not quite the one cainer but as you say it looks a clone.
I have downloaded it and given it a bash but like you say it is different.
I have now emailed BFM asking if they have a recollection of this machine and also a photo of it . A long shot i know but you don't get if you dont ask
