Thing is who are these people?......google really confused me on it...anyone had a meeting with them?

Strange to say the least.

Any help appriciated.

As she stopped her card etc.?
Have had several bouts of fraud in the last yr,thankfully the teivin rats didnt get away with anything, but alas card fraud is on the increase daily.
Never heard of the company but more and more phone applications are targeting accounts and cards.
Hope it wasnt much they took from her, that said dependent upon her bank. Most financial institutions will stop such payments, before they are taken out.

From what i have read and from what i remember from some time ago ( my mates got caught on this ) it seems this may be from when the itunes or play.com account details where hacked and leaked.

They had several amounts taken small and big.

Get the stop on the account straight away to stop further monies taken.

The bank will know what to do an will take the action needed to get the money back one way or another and you should get refunded for the amounts taken out already.

Thanks for the input guy's.

Turned out it wasn't legit and the bank apparently 'scrapped' the withdrawal.

I appriciate the help.
