I put 10p in the coffee machine at work today and when it dropped to the bottom of the machine for a second I thought it was ready to pay out. (I'm half serious too!) - I started wondering if the machine had a hopper fitted. Boring fridays eh?!

All vending machines will have different tubes, like the old fruities. Generally 50p/20p/10p/5p, some coffee machines also have 2p and 1p.

There are actually scams and emptiers for these machines in much the same way as fruit machines

Reminds me of the good old days with the old coke machines where it would jam sometimes and after a day or to you would go up and hammer the reject coin bit. I'm a sad git really... :oops:

Talking of Coffee.... Does anyone have a GOLD CARD for Debenhams?

as they have a Gold Card Lounge which allows you FREE TEA AND COFFEE etc...

The one in southampton was closed as people abused it!

How can you abuse something that is FREE???

i remember the old 10p get a bit of duck tape the sliver one put it over the coin goto a bt phone box put it in a give it a little bang and for 10p you got 50p use 40p credit hang up and get your 10p back

you know you have a problem when the coke machine release jams and your looking for the nudge button......or when you get change and as it drops into the coin holder, a voice from behind says "hold em" all mate, but theres no one there...... :twisted:
