so finaly its ready for testing

anyone who wants to have a go needs to pm me as you will need a serial to play (free) and a internet connection

i did have doubts about releasing this but as im not selling it i cant see anyone getting to pissed off

after past attempts to try and get feedback i dont have high hopes but if a couple of people could give me some that would be great

Ross,
I remember when you first introduced this last year, a few of us had start up problems, and never got it working. If a fix was found I seem to have missed it.
I would have liked to have had a go at creating my own game using your sim creator. Are you using an upgraded version?

no this is done from the ground up allthough i do plan on re making sim creator as it was coded pretty poorly (was started when i first moved to .net) but that wont be for a while
for now im just going to be making lo tec sims as ecah one seems to be teaching me alot (for example if i was to re do sim creator now i could do it in half the lines easy)
ill pm you if when i get the next SimC done

im not looking for reveiws at the moment as its not finished but feedback on what you think is good/bad would be good as some of the code in this (the payout system) might be used in other sims
and because of that i need as much feedback as possible so i can improve it

the sim looks good even with a feature board but could the credits be made at 3-4 as in 25p play per pound instead of one per pound and the reel spins can it be nudges to make it more realistic and it needs a prize/win table to

ill add the win table and change the p.o.p to 30p but cant add nudges as that will take too much work to add in at this point

also expect a sec16 version soon with global pots and progressive jackpot


sorry but no i wont be doing a rainbow riches as there isnt any point (i only used it art as i got bored of looking at the bland stuff i knocked up to test with)

got bored again and 4 hours later got this hopefully going to start the coding tomorrow
as you can see its still very much wip but thought illd share anyway
oh and on the news of the first one i did i lost the source in a hd death

Update: Bottom of machine pretty much complete in terms of code still alot of refining needed though soon its time for the board

i have the week off so the plan is to get it finished (if all goes well)

now the bottom is complete (ignore the shitty looking buttons they will be changed when its complete) some progress has been made on the board but not enough to show that will be in the next vid
