Please note - use MFME v9.4 for this layout, I have used other versions but this seems to give the least problems!

Not done a release thread here for ages so sorry if this is the wrong way to go about it, feel free to edit / tell me off as applicable! :)

I've released my layout last night (kinda), it would appear it now works, for some reason the original upload wasn't initialising correctly, so the machine didn't operate.

The machine comes with a factory reset RAM, but I've included two other RAM files - one about £150 away from a JP, the other will give a JP within a board or two.

I've left some extra notes on the download page outlining a couple of errors and a text file explaining how to change the RAM files if you are new to such things!

Download is here : http://www.fruit-emu...0p-by-bencrest/

^^ It says that the file is broken, I put that report in myself when I first noticed an issue with v1, it should however now be working fine. If not, please let me know!!

Sooner I know of any issues, sooner I can fix them :)

Many thanks Todd, hopefully it'll work now. In the future, do I just upload the file, and then you chaps automatically make a release thread for me? ;)

No , what you done was fine ... all releases sit in the moderation queue untill approved by one of us , just incase there is anything 'dodgy' in it , it dosent go straight to the homepage.

Ta, I'm not 100% sure about the hidden lamps myself (I used a font called LaffRiot or something), but the edges are a bit 'white' when lit for me.

Then again, if I kept nit-picking, I'd never release it. I've got plans for another layout - one of my absolute, 100% favourite machines, and one I used to own ;)

If only I still owned the f**king thing, I'd be taking a stack of photos, but I ended up selling in a pub one night, got a good price though so can't argue :)

I thought you had used something from the comix range for the lamps as that is a similar font to this with a bit of fiddling.Good to see more of the layout designers releasing again,i'm all burned out now, long hours at work and nothing to really emulate anymore,so i only have the week end to be making layouts.

Good job too, otherwise the forum would end up flooded with moocow rehashes of old classics.

The layout looks fantastic Ben and I will download tommoz when I am back on the main machine and off the iPad. It is at times like this you wish old Harv and his desert island fruits was still around to give one of his excellent reviews.

I miss DIF. To be honest this isn't a cracking layout, just a simple flyer based layout that I thought I'd have a stab at, make sure I could still remember what I was doing, and hopefully do some more in the future. Any layouts I do (for the moment) will be to 'improve' on what's out there. If there is a machine that interests me, there is artwork, and I feel the current layout doesn't really do it justice, I'll have a go myself :)

Compared to some of the layouts I've seen, with partial / complete redraws, or made from glass-scans, this doesn't compare :)

DIF was very good, though often the reviews were better than the machines being reviewed. Sort of miss having Harv around though doubt he will ever be back. Having said that I thought the same about you coming back......eyebrow twitch smiley
