If it's set to £75 Jackpot / 5p Play, then the only way to increase the stake will be to increase the jackpot as well. 30p Play only really applies to £250 Jackpots, so you'll want the artwork for that jackpot.

As for actually changing the machine software to reflect the increased jackpot, I assume you'll want to change some DIP switches on the mainboard, but I'd make sure you have the relevant artwork first, and let us know.

I didn't realise that you could get stakes and prizes keys for £250?!!! I've only ever had club machines where you change the jackpot with the banks of switches on the mainboard :S

Then again... this is one of those dodgy machines that can be run as a normal pub / arcade machine, or a clubber. A rare thing (but not necessarily a rare machine). Anyway, hope we get it sorted out soon :)

:D

Yeah, it's a strange beast. Not a bad idea though, on some types of games (lappers with pots) it could work pretty well, wouldn't be so good on an end-to-end trail - you'd never reach the end of it! :)

It seems to me that most modern pub machines (£70 DOND e.t.c.) are pretty much club software in disguise anyway. The 'Red Mist' dad plays in a local club (on which we've had all 3 cashpots, including the £250 over the past week), is a clubber but it's only a 3 reeler and feels more like a pub machine :D

I've noticed this, infact their last 3 (i think) club machines are 3 reels... Not sure if that's a bad thing, but I does seem better to play...

The jackpots can only be set at certain levels if the software supports it.
For example, my DOND club and LOTR club has the decals for £75 to £500, but the £500 version requires special software and dual hoppers (which I have on both)
Bell fruit usuallly use the stakes and prizes key on their clubbers (scorp 4 onward), but barcrest is dip switches.
On a Bell fruit club machine (scorp 4 or 5), if you don't have a key, they default to £250/25p

5pound/8pound jackpot 4reeler that would be a good one for emulation i know we've got the 1280dx clubber of this but a smaller jp would be a good play

Looking at it, It looks boring to be a £5 Jackpot, as there isn't much as a way of a feature, but being an Empire, it might have me thinking wrong...

Empire should have stuck the the paper work on back inside of the machine it`s an mpu5 done on the dips/dills on the bottom left side.Which is a pain that i can tell ya and as for the decals the top one is the pain in back side and the main one within the middle also you have to take the take cash button out for the top one. Like must clubbers from them. Ok take a pic of the dill/dip settings that they are at the mo. then just play with the dills. The machine will alarm like its being raped so please do remove the loom from the speaker first. Keep checking the alpha display once you`ve move any. you may also have to turn the machine on and off you will know if you have done it right as the machine will setup.

Also empire done s/p modes from £5 to £250 5p/30p and £250 5p turbo which jpm also done on later machines like hot dogs club.( crystal leisure done on most of jpm`s rebuilds ) i.e crystals classic casino crazy
.._-=It`s not a problem only a challenge =-_..
