i am guessing that you are using windows 98 or maybe millenium, if that is the case it is because the layout will probably use reel overlays which tend to cause errors on that os.
i am sure this has been explained before in previous threads, maybe you should take a look through the archive.

I'm having the same problem pash - can't get into the vegas feature once the 3 chips have been collected. Enjoyed playing the machine apart from this problem.

The key you're looking for is 'F'
Great DX by the way Pook.

Stunning layout as per usual, the machine really doesn't deserve that much effort
I actually got banned from one pub due to this machine - think of it as 'the last straw' - I put £8 in with dad [£4 each], and it did bugger all. Last £2 from a £10 stake gave a trueskill bonus, and I took Cash Vegas. Went to the outside wheel, and gave £25, which repeated, and gave another £25. Next board hi-lo'd to £15, and then I took £3 on the next board, so about £68 out. They said we were 'ripping off the honest punters', and said that we weren't welcome
Anyway, it is a superb layout, but as said, a pretty shocking machine. If it were on say £10 I could see it as being ok, but it's pretty nasty on a £25 setup
I've got a RAM file here, I forced it earlier, to the point where the JP drops on the line. It gives £25 from the Cash Vegas [a £25 win is a £25 entry to the Cash Vegas feature], and then 'repeats' to between £3 and £9. It then spins the bottom reels....and drops JP in again!
I've enclosed the RAM as a ZIP file for anyone interested :

'F' will take you into the features on the left of the machine - it doesn't take you into Cash Vegas when you get 3 chips. There doesn't appear to be any key for this.

This had me stumped also whilst making the layout, this is what my playtester had to say about it...

During hi-lo gambling, you get bonuses, sometimes the bonus will add a chip. If you get 3 chips you get a chance to start the cash vegas feature. Pressing start (space does nothing), if you hit collect you get the amount on the cash ladder, so you need to press the vegas button. Once you have collected the vegas feature, you can then press it again or press the start button to start playing the middle feature.

Has anyone taken red hi-lo accumulator yet?
I took it and climbed it all the way to £15 for a total of £66+
For some reason though it wouldnt let me gamble for the next 2 values - £20 and £25
