well its definately bass.dll that's the problem.

 

Have you tried registering it?

 

Open a cmd prompt in administrator mode, type "regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\bass.dll" assuming C is your windows drive.

Then try it again. If all else fails I could use teamviewer to log in to ur pc and have a look at the issue if you want.

I will give it a go guitar. If it don`t work then a remote dial in mite be needed mate

Get some error about its loaded but can`t be reg with server la la la

 

i will have a go on doing it on my xp machine tomorrow

 

Did we not have a maygay prgrammer on here. As he must of had some sort of software to test a programme on.

That's strange. I am using Windows 7 64-bit, I read post 30 of this thread, and copied the relevant files into c:\windows\SysWOW64. I then registered MSFLXgrD.OCX and it ran the sound tool fine. Only using sound tool 2 at the moment until an update is coming. Even though I don't use it, I installed amber, so install that if you haven't done that already. Bass.dll is included with that.

Sound tool runs fine on win 7 64bit, it is Vista that the problems are occurring on....

Cheers fella poxy vista x86 ahhhhhh i could format it and get win7 once i get me hands on some spare cash

 

I have finished could try that also remember its vista x86(32bit) not x64 but will give it a go mate cheers also

Well I am happy to try a remote dial in, if you want Impact. There shouldn't be any difference between Vista and Win 7.

Windows 7 is that reliable, us pc repair men are nearly out of work :mad:

I have finished. i`ve now just c*m also and made a mess while the missus went up stairs just installed amber tryed sound tools 2 as normal and its working. Better get back to the washing up. Yay cheers fellas and Thanks guitar also for me naggin via Pm`s
