Heres the wdx of vertigo I've been working on for the past week or so,this was originally gonna be made by robinhood75 but he's no longer active on the forums so he passed on the art he had left for me to make a dx so a big thanks to james for the art.It isn't brill as the photo's left available weren't great, thanks to ross aswell for sending me a small jpg of the £25 decal notes which i stitched into place then redrew them for the £5 version. All shortcuts are as normal.Maybe  i should've redrawn the hi/lo reel but i just aint got the time at the moment, long hours at work etc, hope you enjoy the layout.

Thanks TC.  I have downloaded and will give it a bash later when I get back on the desktop.  Looks good from the piccie though, so thanks for picking this up and finishing it off for old RH.

Really good game this, lots of features etc, would love it of you could sometime release a £25 version Tommy, could someone tell me if possible how to change the stake to 25/30p a play as it gives me the "new jackpot key" message, and im not to hot on which dip switches to fiddle with...

Part of a message that RH has sent me, when I told him Tommy C had released Vertigo:

"I think tommy will have done a great job on it. I'm just upset I spent all that time on it. But at least its released now so thunderstorm I think he wss called will be buzzing his titties off haha. He would message me all the time asking when it would be ready"

So it seems he is very happy that the layout has actually seen the light of day after all this time. :)

Hi Nick

I prefer most game play in £25/30p where possible it is to change the game.

Heres how to change it.

Load the game in 10.1 or 9.4 emus(I presume it loads up and works in both),it does in 10.1 no probs.

Now click and tick the back door-top right hand corner of the game. Now click on configuration and now in that box you will see 10p and £5,click on the arrows beneath the values and change to 30p and £25.I'm more than sure it would work as 25p/£25 play.

Now come out of that mini screen.Untick the back door and the game should restart.

You may have to reload the game a couple of times as it will see that there is a new jackpot key present. You can also reset the slot in the config mode too.

Gives a real good game, hope the above helpful and works for you.

Jay

I did something similar - put it on £5 / 25p for a pretty hardcore game, but still keeping most of the decals correct. I would have put it on £5 / 30p but it doesn't work on these ROMs :S

Played a nice game on £5 / 10p but I wanted a 'faster' game, and last top feature I got was £19.

Surprisingly, when changing from 10p play to 25p play, the win values all changed. This often happens on machines designed specifically for seaside / FEC markets. You can easily learn the correct winplan values by keeping an eye on the alpha when wins are offered. You could also (for a quick correction) change the graphic lamps to non-graphic and simply type the correct values in. Surprised no £25 flyer has turned up for this - will have to keep an eye out. Sure I don't have it here.

Thanks very much Jay, that worked , i didnt realise you could change it to £25 on a £5 layout :)

Yeah, you can change pretty much every layout, certainly from the MPU5 / Scorpion 4 era - loads of these will have £5 / £15 / £25 options. When changing from £15 > £25, it's often just the top win that changes (and sometimes the win directly below), but obviously when changing to or from £5, the values will change dramatically. Typically £5 can be played at ANY stake (5p/10p/20p/25p/30p) whereas £15 > £25 layouts will only have a valid 20p/25p/30p/50p option.

Clubbers can often be changed, in the same way a real one can. 99% of clubbers - from the past 10 years anyway - will have :

£75 / 5p

£100 / 10p

£150 / 10p

£200 / 20p

£250 / 25p and

£250 / 30p settings.

With most Bell Fruit based clubbers (Bell Fruit / Mazooma / QPS) it's only the jackpot that changes value - meaning you can easily fiddle about with them and every amount on the layout will be correct, apart from the jackpot decal.
