Hi everyone, i have a problem with my fruit machine and any help would be muchly appreciated. I have club cool jewels running on a scorpion 4 board. I wanted to add a note acceptor too it but i am getting the error message "bnv no reponse". I have tried resetting the code on my NV8 and i'm still getting the same error. I think it did originally have a note acceptor inside it as there is a loom already there. I have also tried all the DIP switches on the nv8 but still getting the error message. I really cant figure it out, please help :)

okay try these....

1/ Dip switch either 14, 15 or 16 on the main Scorp4 board needs to be on

2/ there is a code on the side of the NV8, go on to test menu and got to (I think it's called) bvr key?? It asked for 6 diggits anyway im sure its 123456

(3/ you say you've tried the dip switches on the NV8... Is it one On Off On Off (or visa versa) which ever pulse is)

once changed, reset machine... it is defo one of these that will get it working as I had the same prob a few years back...

If you're still having trouble, report back and I'll give you better info, as I have a scorpion 4 with a NV8 note acceptor...
