The Mike Reid available for download is Mike Reids Big Night Out, a club machine. If this was in an arcade I would be worried!
The machine being referred to is probably this one, The Guv'nor. Unfortunately there is no sound for this machine at present.

Not a bad machine that one B-O-S, but if you played it anything other than 20p/£6 you were cheated of the best game.
