You can't make the machine to change the jackpot level moving the deal switches!
If you wan to make the machine £25 jackpot you have to change the prom chips on the game card with a £25 jackpot ones.
In the moment the only change witch you can make is the percent of payout.
Hope that this is going to help you!

Very few machines will support 20p Play / £25 Jackpot. Typically you'll need to set it to 25p or 30p play for that jackpot.
I can't see a picture of your machine DIPs here, but if you've got it on £5 now, presumably you either have a £5 / 10p fixed key, or a variable stakes / prizes key in the stakes / prizes socket on the MPU5 program card?
If it's variable - great! You should be able to remove the plug (with the machine off!!!!), change the settings, put the plug back in, switch it on and it'll work.
If it's a fixed £5 / 10p key - you MAY be able to get the machine on £25 by simply removing the key. The machine will hopefully default to it's keyless setting, and this will normally be the highest jackpot, which is £25 in your case.
Failing that - you can buy a new variable key for about £3.50 delivered, and probably one fixed to £25 / 25p or 30p play for similar money, normally on eBay.
Settings for a typical adjustable stakes / prizes key are here :

Yup, and for £25 / 25p it would be 01011100 - at least I think so!!
Let us know how you get on. Probably best to have the machine turned off when changing settings, and definitely off if you are removing / reinserting the plug.
