Hi All,

In my local pub we have a reflex lady luck double take. Now on this there is a cashpot that can be won through it's DOND style bonus, but for some strange reason it doesn't seem to award it.

For the last month or so the cashpot for each stake has been maxed out without being won, 25p-£25, 50p-£70 and £1-£70. Is there a possibility that there could be a software fault with it as surely if this is intentional it can't be legal?

Any advice would be great.

Cheers.

Years ago in our local club we onc had a Club Pontoon £100/10p by Barcrest.

We had it 3 years and it NEVER paid the Cashpot, or ever went all the way around to the end of the hi/Lo feature... But it often paid the jackpot by dropping all 4 triple bars in line or with many other feature wins.

We had someone come and look at it, and although it never paid the CP or gambled all the way to the top, it was stated by the gaming commission to be paying to percentage.

I suppose as long as it pays to percentage Neil mate, then I don't suppose it matters whether the meter pays out the jackpot or not. :)

Sorry, but there appears to be a little confusion regarding this with some of the replys, the machine is a Cat. C and not a clubber. It just feels like the cashpot has been disabled as since the machine has been in the pub it's never awarded it and it always seems to get eliminated first.

Cheers :) .

Agreed, It would not be legal if one of the major wins on a clubber was un-acheiveable.

Any prize listed in the paytable must be possible to achieve.

software updates were released about 2 months ago but not for that reason.more than likely the machine is performing close to %.i find machines that are on lower % seem to pay cashpots more than a jackpot.

This machine is just renowned for being horribly tight when it comes to Cashpot offering. Nothing too serious, just a bit of a brutish machine in all aspects.

Chances are it has paid at least a couple of cashpots but has reset to such a high ammount that it takes no time at all to hit the maximum again.

I had a gatw on the ipad version the other day on double take.Took mega for £85.
