Zone Alarm Or Internet / Playing Fruit Machine Emulators

I have a HUGE Problem when i play fruit machine when on the internet and using Zone alarm

Its stops the play or slows the play down @ times

Is anyone else having the same problems ?

Try Ctrl Alt Delete Liverpool2008, must have a few bits running.

Stop any unneeded progs and free up try freeing up some memory/Processor use.

cheers m8 i have a few running to protect comp from viruses etc from all those hackers / buggers lol

I have Z.A. running all the time...if it gets slow try decreasing the number to do with the processor speed on the options page....Its worth a go.

Also if you have AVG/Spybot,or any other anti virus program running as well then it can REALLY slow u down!!!!

Depending on what you're running you could buy more memory, I just doubled mine, that seems to have helped.

unless you''re going for something big (say 1G memory) then it's quite cheap these days.

Alternativly you can just increase your virtual memory size (that may fix it)

ZA has alot of features you may or may not know aboutt if your running AV's in the background aswell try turning off zone alarms web filtering and email protection and anti virus plug ins this will keep your firewall running but will limit the amount of ram it is using (vsmon) in your task manager :roll:
