[MPU Mecca]

A bit off topic but thought some might be interested.... it's cut n pasted from my email.

All,

I'm holding a Social Pinball Event on Saturday 20th of April at The Six In Hand Pub, Croesyceiliog,Cwmbran. (NP44 2NR)
Also on Sunday but there will a round of the South West Pinball meeting (round 3) www.ukpinballleague.co.uk

Aiming for an 9 to 11 machine line-up. Newer machines will be coin operated as proceeds are for a local charity.(All Creatures Great and Small Animal Sanctuary, in Llanfrechfa)
The event will be free entry.
High Score competition on at least two machines on Saturday, but hoping for three or maybe more.

Simon White has offered to help with machines and other duties during the weekend. Offers of help very much appreciated.(setting up and packing up)

Live band from 9pm in the Bar.
Parking is reasonable, about 20 cars and off street parking.

Ten minute walk from CWMBRAN train station.
Premier Inn (see below) is 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi (about £3.50 single) and about £39 a night.

May have some room at mine but it'll be air beds, and nothing fancy.

Weekend opening times.(To be confirmed)
Saturday 12 noon until 9pm(ish) and Sunday 12 noon until 6pm.
