ive just watched/viewed the pictures on liveleak. i confess i didnt know much about it because of a busy day yesterday. not sure of fatalities but i did see the guy who had both feet blown off just above the ankles and also his right hand.

absolutely sick if you as me. morgan feeman had the right idea, have a media blackout on the person who did the attack(s) and only talk about the poor people who are affected by the attack. otherwise you end up with a 'game' between attackers on who can injure/kill the most people.

on the related note, the americans 'seem' to be very proud of their constitution and rights that the very problem of guns gets brushed aside.

so many government conspiracies. Maybe this is Obama looking for war as usual and now hes planting his bombs within his own territory so he has an excuse to start bullying other countries.

Or mabey it isn't..........I don't do conspiracies......The USA never landed on the moon?, funny how the former USSR never said they didn't...just all English speaking nations!

RIP to those injured and killed, It bought a tear to my eye when I saw an image of that innocent child who's life was taken for NOTHING!

Visited 'Ground Zero' in New York a couple of years ago and thought my faith in human nature had hit an all time low.

Yesterday watching the news unfold of the Boston Marathon bombing, I realised human nature has sunk to its lowest level ever.

God help the people who were caught up in this vile act of terrorism and those who witnessed it.

We seem to be living in worse times now than we ever did during the Cold War.... at least we knew in those dangerous times who our enemy was.

Because terrorism isn't localised to a particular country - and there are many kinds of extremism, I think we are fighting a war this time we will NEVER win - and because of this, many innocent people are going to perish along the way.

Our way of life - Westernisation - although natural to us, with our beliefs in multi faiths, democracy and freedom of speech comes as second nature to all born here, to those countries that haven't lived by this method, whose religious doctrine and beliefs are not as liberal to us... well they must see us as a threat to everything they believe, and we might seem as though we are trying to 'impose' our way of life upon them.

I am not, and never will excuse these heinous crimes against fellow humans... it is despicable beyond words what happened yesterday, and those that died and are injured have my deepest sympathies - but until we realise that 'our' way of life isn't all the world's way to live, I am afraid these dreadful attacks from terrorists will always continue.

My thoughts are with the people of Boston and the United States...

...I hope those that perished are at peace. xx

its like you all forgot the IRA terror attacks , this stuff has and will go on for years , terrorism is a poor mans war , someone posted this on facebook

While the world is shocked by the boston bombings / at the same time

7 palestinians were killed

55 deaths in iraq through bombings

32 other random deaths in iraq

12 deaths in afghanistan

Didn't see any of this on the news ?  and I bet there are more iraqis / afghanis  in this country than americans . but the media obsesses with the USA for some reason , plenty of stuff goes on close to home , take ireland for instance

But anything that kills innocents is a sad event especially kids

chill out man , the point was made that people dont know what the world is coming to , so i pointed out this stuff has been going on for years ,I also point out what we see in the media is only what they want us to see , I used the IRA attacks because this is terrorism in the uk by christians , then i get attacked for being self righteous , i dont get it

Im not taking anything away from the sadness of these bombs merely pointing out it happens every day in some countries thanks to the usa and there followers

just been reading up on it in the papers from monday and my thoughts go out to the families that have either lost or have seriously injured ones in them, like the family whom have lost a child and the other one has no legs now. the things is when,s it all going to end, unfortunatly it isn,t there always have and always will be events like this and worse. I have said before and i,ll say it again its all to do with power its in our genes dominance over one another and the world the only way this world WILL survive is if the human race became extinct, it will happen one day as with all species whether it be natural or our own doing

power or ruling is everywhere even in the playground from an early age right through to the work place

The more I do today, The less I do tomorrow.
Fme is alive and screaming into the 21st century!
Enjoy FME and Happy Gaming!!!!
