Don't think you need to sign up to download. At least I never intended it to be necessary. Not ever checked tbh.

ROFL - never saw this thread, posted to all the others before this one!
Thanks to all involved, independant of the role played by the individual. Were it not for people like Pete, Tony, Chris et al, the scene would come to a halt and stagnate.
I just wish they got the true thanks they deserve
Cheers once again guys, I'm sure some of the 30000 members here will also pass on their thanks!

Maybe because the file is included in the first MFME file but when i extract the MFME2 file into C:programfilesfruitmachineemulationMFME2,on the start menu, then programs the MFME2 isnt listed under the drop down menu "Fruitmachineemulation",it just still has the BFM,JPM,and MFME emualators....
Ive even tried renaming the file and it still doesnt appear, whats up????

A Lesson in computing, by Bencrest
....The start menu is basically just a way of representing a folder, which is called Start Menu. Essentially, it is a collection of shortcuts [links] to programs which will exist on the computer.
For a file to appear in the start menu, you will need to tell it to appear there. Best way to do it is -
Go to My Computer / Explorer, or whatever you use.
Go into the user account you want to add MFME2 to the start menu of [in Win98/ME it will be, from memory, c:[windows folder, i.e WIN]Start Menu
In the case of XP/2000, it will probably be in c:Documents and Settings[name of user]Start Menu.
When you get to that folder, select the folder you want the program [MFME2], to appear in. If you want it to have its own folder at the top of the start menu, just go to the start menu folder.
Right click, and select 'New Shortcut'. In the window that appears, click 'Browse', and then select the location of the MFME2 executable [.exe] file.
It may ask you for logos and stuff, if it does, choose whichever one you like.
Hopefully, you will then have a nice bit of the Start Menu with MFME2 in
Any problems, let us know
