Hi all.

I have just got my second machine on MPU5, Red Gaming 'snakez n ladderz' set to multi stake of 25, 50 and £1 and £70 JP standard with no key fitted.

With the adjustable key I can play 10p and £5 but bit boring.

Wanting £35 JP and have seen others on it like youtube vid and one on ebay at the mo at £35 with 30 and 50 play,

but anything I try with a £35 JP on the key and it errors.

Am I at a dead end with it of £5 or £70 JP's only?

Thanks alot

Dave

To add, it does 3x stake in £70 jp mode, 25p, 50p and £1, would that be something in the rom doing that?

Thanks

whats the error that you are getting.

you probably need a £35 character chip to go with the £35 software.

The error is 91, and only runs on £5 JP or £70 JP, all other combinations on the key give error 91.

Annoying knowing others are on £35 out there.

Thanks

Yup, I had a Showtime that was on £70 and wanted it on £35, in the end I sold the machine. I had the £35 PROMs burned for me, but turned out I needed a PIC chip and in the end couldn't be bothered.

It is possible for you to get this on £35, but as has already been said the minimum you'll need will be a set of PROMs which are capable of £35, and then a PIC chip to go with them.
