I gotta say I saw this on the net earlier and thought it was a joke only to read that its 100% true.
What was the poor man thinking by calling the police ???
Gotta give him credit if he thinks the goods aint up to scratch fook it.... well don't take it back and get a refund

Totally mental, I agree. Have worked on 999 circuits and the tales Iv'e heard from, Ambulance, Fire and Police are mind numbingly unreal.
1 year in prison for wasting emergency services time, at least!!!!

This guy is clearly stupid.
This wouldn't be covered under the Sale of Goods act, it's clearly covered by the Supply of Goods and Services act

I was thinking more Trade Descriptions, possibly adding the goods / services are not fit for use?
