I had an issue like that in Bridlington once, can't remember the arcade. My sister and I were playing a 2p pusher and the toy would have fallen off, but got wedged against the glass. Kept trying more coins in the hope the ones underneath would drop causing it to fall, but no joy.

Called the lad over, and he picked the toy up and put it RIGHT AT THE BACK of the bed. So, basically, it was unwinnable. It would get stuck for the next player, and get moved back.

These days I'd actually say to get the GC involved, it's the only way operators will learn.

When I met Spa once that happened, the toy got wedged on the glass. He got the attendant over and she gave him the prize. How it should be done. They're all too big for the pushers and then they have dummy shelves with which to place £10s
