rainbow king no power ?

can any one help me i have a bran new rainbow king i have pluged in to the mains but i get no anythink i no theres power going to the machine because theres a power switch inside thars is lit up its just not powreing the rest of the machine there are a few moor power boxs in the machine could one of they have failed it is a bran new machine tho can any one help me ???? thank you

if its bran(d) new i suggest to go back to the seller.

Plug that goes into the pc will be loose, failing that a board inside to PC, mine did it when I moved house. If brought from a licenced seller contact them, if not just turn it off and make sure its all plugged in inside n nothing loose, make sure all doors closed also
