i have got a rainbow riches machine. that i changed the mpu5 on and now i cant get any of the buttons to work. dose any one have a clue whats going on with it. thank you adam

Is the button plug seated properly on the mpu, it's easy to put them on wrong, ie a pin to the left or right, failing that are all the wires making a good contact, try pushing them back into the plug firmly.

 

I'm presuming that they all worked correctly before you changed the mpu?

hi i just checked the plug for the buttons and its in all the way. the machine keeps getting random alarm code all do to with the mpu do you think it could be the pc ? thank you for your help adam

Make sure all switches are the same on both boards there are 2 banks of switches.
