I wouldn't normally suggest cutting out the reel windows until you have resized your artwork to the correct size for your layout, as the resizing can affect the colours especially around the edges. However it'll be a simple enough fix, you will just need to go over the green bits again once you've scaled the layout down.
Apart from that though, everything seems fine so far to me

Once you have made one 'on' colour use the same image for the 2nd 'on' lamp to maintain consistency (no jumping).
Then just pop it in the space provided

As ady points out above, the first "on "image will be coloured red
2nd "on " image will be blue
third will be grey.
here is an example.

So almost ready for testing just need to tidy it up and add the blue lamps which I have no idea on how to do so any help would be great full on that part.
Will add a nice image to the side along with short cuts as well once everything else is done.

Which blue lamps do you mean?
if it's the "heads" images, then look carefully at the picture i posted (example) you should suss where they go. it's right before your eyes.

Looking at your last image you posted, the "red" (head) lamp looks correct , but i see the "blue" isn't lit
you need to add the" blue on " image and add a lamp for it.
