Can anyone point me to the right direction to complain about a local arcade

Theres a local arcade called Oasis ....

It used to be a combination with a cafe right through the arcade which used to be famous

ok heres the point :-

theres about 100+ fruit machines

went there today shocked ... only about 25 of them are working with missing bulbs here and there on every machine

all most of them are pretty old

theres  2 lots of Triple machine with a top feature board only just came in .... both knacked

and many other with Reel problems ... but heres the worst ... the cafe that used to be there have machines stored there .... at leat 50+ of them thats faulty ..

wish i could take photos of this awfull place

The owner no longer works there knew the problem for years .. she just retired but gambles somewehere else ...

kept on telling me that the engineer is poorly but he will be fixing them soon ... yeah right been saying that for years

Theres many times i have times that the machine restarts and other errors and sometime they refuse to pay out ... but nothing gets done about it ... the tubes on most of the machines are fairly ... that could be why some of them are switched off ... as the company are struggling .. but still the place need reporting for ripping people off

This arcade is already just hanging there ... thats only just ...

basically its not a problem for the gaming commission, its a problem for the owner. its like going into costa coffee and finding out they have run out of coffee. its not illegal, but they wont make any money.

ive seen countless problems like this, most notable was the bingo club at the elephant and castle. its the biggest bingo hall in britian, more like an aircraft hanger! and yet row upon row of knackered machines can be found. if the owner patrick duffy saw it he would have a fit. but it just boils down to poor maintenance and a general poor show all round.

the only thing you can do is complain to the cafe or find the owner and complain.

* a good tip off to the local paper always works :)

you can go through the commission as they are placing machines for play that are faulty or non playable because of buttons and bulbs not working as its classed

as unfair gaming and they have to comply with the commissions fare and open gaming rules .

May I just add on this,

In order to 'back-up' any complaint (be discreet at doing it) i'd take a quick pic or better still a small video as some kind of proof.

Otherwise it's just your word.
