Somehow I've only just seen this, I've got loads of spare bulb holders, but not sure if I had the correct ones you needed.
 
Just push the wires into them with a small screwdriver, very carefully.
 
You can usually see when they are in far enough to make a connection, replace one and try it, if it doesn't work push the wire in a bit more.
 
That's what I usually do and I haven't had a problem.... yet!

I think I got one once many moons ago with a free router from BT, think I lobbed it in the bin along with said free router...... He said while on route to maplins.....

Looking at the bulb holders I think a small flat head will do the job just fine, like the mechano flat head that had a million and one uses

Well all my buttons now light up as they should but I had grief with replacing bulb holders, I got some second hand ones that had wires still in them and once I pulled the wires out I couldn't get my wires to stay in the holders.

Anyone know where to get new ones?

Failing that I might even just use some connector blocks and join em
