Hi folks, need to ask this question. How do you empty the hopper on a Grand Casino machine?

Having had previous machines the usual answer would be to insert the hopper key and press the hopper dump then press start but for some reason I do this and get nothing so is there a other way of emptying the hopper if this way doesn't work?

Any help would be much appreciated yours Pelham

After two hours of trying to empty the hopper I gave up and was messing around with the machine, when the screen when blank so I opened the top door as well as the bottom to press the test button and the hopper dump button began to work finally. Who'd of thought that you have to have both doors open for the hopper to dump all it's treasures.

So much for you thinking it was a good idea to keep everything to do with this machine in the same thread!

Sorry chasnbons if I've upset you but I thought if you have a separate question or problem isn't it easier to make a new topic up which is relevant to that question not stick to the same thread as each thread I make up is specific to what the problem is at the time. Until it is solved by either myself or by interaction on this site. Yours Pelham

You haven't upset me at all, you can start as many threads as you like, it just seems imo, to be easier to follow one topic about one machines problems, rather than following 6 or 7 where something that I might be able to help with might get missed. that's all.

 

This thread is a prime example, I didn't notice it till this morning, even though I was on here last night after you'd asked the question.  If I had noticed it, I could have answered you straight away and saved you 2 wasted hours of messing about.

 

It's your choice what you want to do, and how you want to do it, and I thought I was helping by suggesting keeping everything together.

 

Obviously I wasn't, so I'll keep my mouth shut in future

Okay I surrender I'll make sure in future to keep everything in one section then what ever problems I have can be resolved in that one instead of the many I've opened in the past. Now all I need to do is learn how to do it.

help required a.s.a.p let me explain what happened opened up clives repo downloaded elvis bpak files put in to machine via usb copied to memory started to download got to 100% and told me to remove usb. So I did but now machine won't work saying there's an error. How do you go back and get machine on to the menu page so I can remove game from the config? so I can get the main game back on? or try a different game to see if it that works.
