Newbie on here lads. Can anyone help me as i need a Bulb holer that holds 3 bulbs in clips in th centre if the 4 th real. I snaped th lip of mine wen cleaning th reals as there very very brittle of th heat of th bulbs nd reels nd my fruit machine is 10yrs old. Its a £250 WHATS UP DOC. Ive looked on spares nd repares but cant find anyone selling any bulb holders. If anyone knows a link or website so i can buy th part from please send me th link or website or i can buy th part direct from you the seller. Thanks again all. Much appeciated..

Hi, with reference to your support request on this subject, please can you post a picture of the part in question? I may well have one but I need to be certain of what it is first.

This is the part needed. If you notice the little clip lip that clips onto the reel has snapped of so it will not clip on to the reel that holds 3 bulbs. My fruit machine works fine without this part but 4th reel dull due to bulb holder clips snapped off. Please look at pictures

Ah yes this type of lamp mask is notorious. They get hot, the plastic gets brittle and the tabs break off. It was a serious design fault.

 

You will probably not be able to get a replacement that is any good - you should replace it with the later all-in-one reel bracket and mask design. I think I still have some so I can send you one.

Great mate. My fruity is a What's Up Doc CLUB £250 jackpot & GLOBAL 2003 Make & Model. On the Clear plastic part that the 3 way bulb holder clips onto it has a serial Number, ( Bar Code ) 04060254525 if that helps. Thanks for your help. Please find attached 3 pictures of the reel (s)
