Does this layout, require a certain font to be installed?
I can't see the cash values or most of the outer board text/lamps.

Same here mfme doesn't ask for a font.
I got the doors shut & set the stake prizes.

No, it uses ms sans seriff for all, EXCEPT the buttons which uses lithograph
and it looks ok on my p.c

Very weird, I have that installed, but I reinstalled it again, but still the same issue.
I wonder if it's a Windows 10 issue, do you use 10 hitthesix.

Ok cheers.
Could anyone else reading this and who plays this, comment, particularly to see if Windows 8 & 10 are an issue or something else.
Cheers

The fonts are OK for me (Windows 7), but the lamps are all over the place.
Screenshot below shows in MFME V9.4, and below that in MFME V5, note all the missing lamps in V5.
Thanks for the help on getting it running in door closed mode

The issue is that there are lamps on top of lamps, if you go into edit mode you can drag the extra lamps away.
This is because previous MFME only supported 2 colours per lamp & this needs 3 or 4. I did make a start on fixing this a when it was released as it used 3 sets of 1 instead of a 2x lamp & 1 x lamp.

Or a better fix is to go into Edit mode -> Misc Tools -> Consolidate Lamps
This will consolidate all lamps at the same position and size into one. This also works for DX's where there are multiple lamps on top of each other
Then right click on the purple bit and Right Click -> Send to Back
Also Right Click on the orange bit and do the same

Warning: This post is mostly my own opinions and may contain irony, if you are obsessed with PAST history you may want to ignore it.

I won't be releasing it as it stands as it's not my work, but if Nick wants it to release as his own/gives the OK then that's a different story.

Thanks for the help and advice in the previous posts, this is now running in doors closed mode in V5 with all the lamps working correctly
An emulated Poker Face, now there's a thing. Not necessarily the prettiest layout ever, but an emulated Poker Face, what a thoroughly splendid sight to see on my PC.
Exciting times for fruit machine emulation without a doubt. I know they've made about THREE HUNDRED BILLION clones of this same basic machine over the years, but this is the one that turned up in serious numbers over here for some reason, so has been on my 'most wanted' list for quite a while.
And belated thanks to Nick for the original layout release! (And Johnnyafc for the layout he used as the base for this, I believe.)
I basically have MFMEV5 running from the moment I wake up to just before I go to bed over the weekend, even when I'm not actively playing, just so that I can see sights like this on my PC when I'm in the area. Like, I'm going to go off and make a start on lunch soon, but I'll leave Poker Face running, because it's so damn cool to have Poker Face running on my PC.
