I Have A Dreaded Scorp4 Board With A Damaged Transistor On The Mux Side Of The Board & Been Able To Remove The Damaged One Safely (Its Cremated)

But Come To Source Another & Well I Carnt Find It At All  Ebay/google/Maplins

The Original Reads STw4h339 80w94c

I Carnt Locate A Replacement & Have No (Spare Boards About)

So Hoping Someone Has Been Through This & Know A Compatible Replacement 
Or Provide Me Details Of Where To Purchase

You sure it's not BDW94C?? I've replaced a few of those lamp side

You Are Correct The Bottom Reference Is 
BDW94C 


The One Removed Has The Text Damaged So Was Purely Having To Read From The Board Itself
