Still waiting for an explanation as to how I managed to steal £1000 from some one.

By PEN1 I assume you mean the fruit machine public enemy number one yes? The fruit machine that was bought with donations I asked for.

 

Yes the whip round was my idea. However, there's a serious flaw in your logic thinking I stole £1000 as -

 

1. All of the money went to Alex to pay for the machine when the auction was over.

2. I was living in the USA. So quite how I could magically appear in the UK and sell a broken fruit machine is just beyond me.

 

So as I said, please explain to me how I stole £1000. IIRC the machine sold for something like £500, at which point the money left over was returned to those who donated it.

 

The machine was then collected, so again, I fail to see how I pocketted £1000. The money was paid to the owner of the machine, and then the machine was collected and you DXed it.

 

Now from memory (and I've got a f*****g good one) I seem to recall that.

 

1. Some one must have been counter bidding the machine to make it sell for more than it was worth out of spite. Which I certainly would not have done given I didn't have a UK Ebay account and nor could I get one because I was in the USA with an American IP address.

 

2. The day before the machine was collected Gary publicly released the roms out of spite in a thread titled Public Enema.

 

So quite how I stole £1000 remains a mystery.

 

Something bad went on for sure, but I had nothing to f*****g do with it.

Yes Tony was staying at Gary's. At the time (and it still remains) I was not speaking to Tony. He was homeless, hence his stay with Gary working for some pissant crap fruit machine company.

 

At the time that was going on I was busy getting divorced and moving my way across America. That was in 2006. The money for PEN1 was all taken care of years before that. Read my post above. As for where the bids came from? surely you are having a f*****g laugh yes?

 

How on earth did you get access to the back end of Ebay and obtain IP addresses? And why the f*** would I bid something up that was my idea?

 

I can tell you now, Gary did that. And when Gary lies and cheats people and f***s them over he ALWAYS tries to blame it on some one else. Always.

 

He waited for the auction to end and then out of spite released the roms to f*** every one over.

 

I don't really give a shit what he's like when you are face to face with him, all I care about is that he's a f*****g arsehole when you're gone.

The money went to the person who had the machine, listed it on Ebay, sold it and then had it collected. A complete stranger. How on earth could I take the £1000 or whatever it was and be in the UK to collect the f*****g money??!?!?!?!?!?!.

He's f***ed over any one who ever trusted him, so I would be very careful.

 

Ed in fact, here's some facts for you. 

 

Tony is down on his luck after losing his job in Nottingham working with Clive. He moves into Gary's and goes to work breaking fruit machines. A couple of months later he moves out to Oxford and Gary basically leaks everything Tony shared with him and then tried in vain to blame it on me. I have the emails to prove it.

 

Gary Pearson is a known liar with serious mental issues. If you trust him you're stupid.

All of this has been proven and taken care of. FWIW take a look at this. This was the initial leak of S4 and MPU5 and this was not even a f*****g week after Tony had moved out of Gary's.

 

 

So the thing is you are coming on here attacking me with facts that are not true. As I asked three times ,where is your proof? where is the proof that I was in two places at once?

SYS83 was remmoved from the BBS before I had access. Ive emailed someome who may have the complete set. I do have I think almost a complete set of system 85 though.
