Had a look through some old CDs and found the complete rom set for Wildfire for Epoch. Not sure if these are already available.
Please could you let me know if they work

The list on http://epochfme.webs.com/ Says we have the game roms but not the sounds. Not sure how out of date that is but all roms are welcome as they could be earlier revisions which is always nice.

Wow that's great many thanks Will try them later - we already have programs (but not sound) for both the Impulse and Global version. The sound ROMs will hopefully be identical for both (they are on Hurricane and Gridrunner)
Used to love this machine back in the day... had an incredible streak if you were lucky enough to hit it!
Sorry for the lack of Epoch updates BTW - if you missed the last one the project's currently on hold until the end of June due to work commitments. Hoping to take a few weeks off July/August time to get it finished.
@pies - If you have the sound for Viper Jive that'd be fantastic - could you maybe upload what you have? Thanks

Yeah, indeed. All roms/resources are most welcome and are the life blood of any emulation scene. Many thanks, mate.

Can you do anything with the flash roms used in eclipse one-stop machines? If so Ive got a card with "money laundry" on from global. I notice it's not even in your list of machines on http://epochfme.webs.com/ I have no way of dumping though but can send them out if any use?
Also have a set of Reel good time ("rebuild") on £5,£8,£25

^^ If I could work out how to get the data off them then yes Eclipse is nearly emulated as well.
Anyone any ideas how to do this as I've got a few myself? (Think I asked a while back)
They look like they might fit in a PCMCIA slot on a laptop??

Interesting, I'd never noticed that before..
Maybe something like this??
Posted 16 May 2014 - 11:20 AM
Ah interesting... yes I'd guess it'd be something similar to that. Only problem is I don't know if you'd need some special software to read/write the flash memory too. Has anyone every programmed one of these?
