Can anyone help? Iv had a Reflex gaming for a year,and never needed to put it into test before! as it had a Nv 10 note acceptor on it..Since iv upgraded it to 100 pound jackpot,the note accecptor broke! its been on its dieing legs for a long time,so i got a lumina as there cheap! Iv had lots of machines over the years,so i know to just open the top door,press cancel button and then green test switch too get test mode to set the bnv key ect!! But when i press the cancel button,the machine goes into demo with the same credits and even banked nudges from playing it with all doors shut? Iv change the door switches and changed the mother board too..And yet it still goes into demo? Can anyone advise..As iv never known anything like it!!!

just open the top door and not the bottom door. did you turn the refill key too ?

Yes thanks..I did try refill key as well! That just brings up the small menu for like changing volume or error ect! Machine works fine with doors shut..Prob is who wants to be putting coins in a machine that goes game over after 4 or 5 presses!!!

 yeah the top 4 features are only worth 10-15 quid

New Security Features on all Machines that started with the £100 Prom Update.

Do this in this order.

Make sure top and bottom door is open. Then with the top door open, press the cancel when it says "Read Meters". 

Then with all the lights flashing away in attract mode press AND HOLD the green test button for three seconds.

Then with the green button still held, and the top lock undone turn the lock so the lock tab presses down on the switch for another three seconds.

 

Bit Complicated. 

So all doors open. 

Press and hold the green test button for three seconds

Then with the green button held down, turn the top lock to the LOCKED position for three seconds.

You should hear a CLICK.. then release the lock whilst keeping your finger on the test button.

It should verbally say "Entering Test Muhde" in its wierd northern/yorkshire sorta accent.. I think its actually Stringfellows voice from his old machines. (or so im told)
