Found a slight error with one of the rom names, plus a new rom to add.  It's for Super Cobra (BWB).  The rom in the dat currently is named: 'Supa Cobra (Jpm) [Rom]', and it should be 'Super Cobra (BWB) [Rom]'. 

 

I've put both sets of ROMs in a new zip file, and renamed them because they had the same rom names.

Did you read the whole thread?  I was having issues with the links but it turned out the files were mainly corrupt so I binned them, everything that is 'new' has been posted directly in posts.

Are these new dumps or are they the ones from over at the Mecca?

Some are from the Mecca, some maybe from other sources.  I went through several gigs of roms yesterday from different places so sorry I can't 100% say these are all from the Mecca but they probably are.

The reason you're getting an unused input error is because one of the buttons is being depressed that the machine doesn't use.  MFME has a bug on MPU5 that switches some of the buttons 'on', randomly.  You can see this better in the test mode when looking at the dip switches.  They constantly switch on/off.  Not on all MPU5 machines; just some of them.

 

P.S.  Didn't this have a problem before with there not being enough lamps available?  I'll have to double-check to make sure it's the same machine I'm thinking of.

 

EDITED TO ADD.  Yep.  This machine is 'busto'.  The machine is picking up a button that is always on, so you can't get past the unused input error.  You can't even go through the test routines because of it.
