hi all wondering if some kind person could give me some pointers,i am asking for my brother whod doesnt have a clue about much lol.here is the problem,thought it would be easier showing with a video     i have already cleaned the black thing on it,think its called the opto but still no joy and cant swap it around with another one form the other reels as they have different plugs ,,,,thanks

found out the answer to my own question,under the glass,that plastic that holds the bulbs etc etc wasnt fitted in its slots properly causing it to touch the reel and cause the error i think,told me brother to play it for a while to make sure as i wasnt lol
