Has any Black Box games been emulated please, I had a quick look but can't see anything

No, because there is no emulator written for the black box tech, sadly.

Richie100 posted some useful Blackbox docs over at the Mecca, mate. In the download section. Just type in "bellfruit starmatch blackbox documents", and you should find it. There are some other Blackbox related stuff there as well. Should help out with regards emulation.

How hard would it be to write an emulator? What docs would you need?
