Can anyone remember the name of this game?

I think its had fairground in the title. It was a £6 jackpot and to get on the board you had to get 3 ballons. On the board the nudges were on a carousel wheel and had features coconut shy and target practice, also it had a spinning dice.

Has this game been emulated yet??

Yes, it was just called 'Fairground' - a JPM machine. there was a similar one called Circus. I haven't seen emulations of either of them, but I'm sure it's possible if the resources can be found. Fairground was famed in its day for being one of the machines that had an emptier, involving the 'Coconut Shy' feature.

Fairground is JPM System 5 technology and as yet unemulated.
