As the title suggests where are you all? Apart from myself the last Dx produced by another dx'er was by ploggy in April for amber and Bruce George in late March and un-usually tommy's last in February although revolver was his prior to me taking over, so where are you all and have you anything lined up in the near future. Or have things really dried up on the dx side of things. Even though I've produced new dx's, Up Down nudger will probably be the last 'new, dx from me for a while. Back to making smaller layouts of one's we've already got, if I've the artwork available.

I have a few classics on the go but don't really have the time to do anything with them. Without looking, I don't even know which machines they even are lol

Now now lol. I guess everyone has real life to deal with and the fact there is very little resources left also has a bearing on it. Just out of curiosity has anyone started making layouts for killcrazys emu? I am just looking forward to some Simpsons and beaver pay back lol.
Anyways unless there's a big haul of roms and flyers that come to light or an new emu that has cracked the latest security on machines this is the future of emulation I afraid. Only when sc5 etc becomes obsolete I cant see much happening. Anyways Vectra we still have you right so at least someone is still doing remakes.

Remakes you say lol after up down nudger it looks that way again for me, in the last year I've made 16 (plus my forthcoming) new layouts to mfme, so if I can find resources hidden amongst the topic so could others. And as I've said before all my "new" layouts could do with a bigger res 1280/1600 layout to accompany my mini dx's, so if any creator wants to do a bigger res of my layouts drop me a pm and i'll see if can find the relevant artwork I used for the layouts. I know tommy c was looking into hissing quid and Pook is looking into Manhattan skylines as this needs a bigger layout for the text to show up clearly. but there's still trick or treat, palm springs, club pink panther/tutti fruitti amongst others. But yes even my resources for "new" layouts are drying up only luxor casino to go afaik, that's why I and others have said we need to collect for the future or we'll be in the same state in 15yrs like we are now when mpu6/scorp5 IS emulated and they will one day.

There's plenty on my mind and probably plenty on some other forum members minds at this moment in time! But we don't keep spouting it off on here. If you want to write to Dear Deidre ( Or who ever the agony aunt is in the Sun newspaper these days)? Please do!

Hi buddy, hope you are well, when did they let you out?
We actually have 100s and I mean 100s of roms/resources etc we just do not have the emulator to play them.... we still have to go back and emulate techs that have already been emulated... yes I know I know before it is said I could go and make my own emulator etc etc..... which actually makes my point no less valid..

Just going full circle again with my interests I think lol, back to emulation again now, starting to look at FME again and messing with C64/Amiga stuff (demo scene stuff mainly)
any news on this Epoch emulator ? How is Amber looking now ?

Amber is excellent Mort. Really impressive, a very authentic fruit machine experience, especially if you play online against other people that can play the same machine, they basically leave it like a real machine in the wild. I spent a fair chunk of time on the server having a dabble, was great fun and the way forward for fme I reckon. Still a big fan of fme and do have some bits and bobs that I will still work on at some point, but I see fme more as a casual passtime now, there just isn't a great deal going on emu wise at the minute.

All mine are unreleased stuff.
Speaking of which, do we have roms for pure madness on £70?
