Hi Gents,

I heard somewhat of a disturbing story today from one of the staff at my local arcade.

Basically it involved a electrocoin Diamond 7 that had recently been converted form £35 to £100 jp. Some woman had ploughed £800 into to get one set of 7's to roll in which didn't even hold (which to add insult to injury the hopper emptied as a result).

I can't even contemplate the thought of even taking such a high risk, i'd be utterly sick if that had been me. I could understand perhaps had it been £500 jp as you may have an outside chance of recuping something back, but for just £100 is it really worth it :(

This is NOT an electrocoin game. This is a concept games program using electrocoin cabs. These games are lethal when caught wrong they are £1a play sometimes 50p. The take cycle is massive probs around the 1200 mark b4 the streak kicks in this info is based on units at £1 88% payout. Which is dire % in my eyes. The payout cycle is pretty big the run is between 3 and 500 quid. My advice steer clear very bad games which are just money eating pieces of shit with no entertainment.

Thanks Tommy, the member of staff that I was talking to did mention something about it starting to streak but unfortunately the hopper emptied just before it could get into the full swing of it.

This is disgusting, any machine with a 100 jackpot should either have hand pay option or gave a large capacity hopper that can handle the potential streak of 500 pound. Greedy f*****g arcade owners with greedy money eating machines.

their not concept machines, they are electrocoin machines with concept roms.

about 2 months back i converted 5 electrocoin machines (big 7/red bar etc) from 10p £5 to £1 £100. each machines took over £100 before any win was paid out. a few weeks back some old girl put £500 in without a single jackpot.

ive no doubt that eventually it will streak its nuts off like a b3, but for the poor punter who puts all that money in, i think its disgusting.
