Hi

 

Has anyone come across this before, screen calibration takes place, all goes well, but touch screen then just doesn't work after?

 

cannot be touch screen as in calibration it is clearly responding to touches!

Yes is the short answer Andrew lol!

 

Mine does it occasionally, and so do a few more, most notably the ones that used to be in Gala Rhyl before it closed down.

 

I think it's something to do with the cable from the screen to the pc, as when mine does it, if I move the cable (just wiggle it a bit, not remove the usb or anything) when I recalibrate it again it's fine, and will be so for months on end.

 

TBH I've just learned to live with it and it isn't a big problem as it only does it about 2 or 3 times a year maybe.

ohhh thankyou Phil! This was a hard drive that was knackered with a wrong elvis bpak file, so I just sorted the offending corrupted game folders and not anything more! it worked fine before so was a bit odd to come across this!! its a mk5 pc
