Just checked old topic from 2013 you can apparently change the theme by clicking 'change theme' at bottom of page on home page snow falls but as soon as you go into topics it stops, but I'm using tablet at mo so it may stay via PC

 

The Christmas theme used to be installed there as an option, but probably since the takeover and major upgrade these themes have been removed...

 

I have the ´Basic' default theme and the ´Mobile´ board available... so like Alex has said, he is having difficulty finding the other default themes, including Christmas theme, in the database.

I have the snow effect, on tablet n lappy changed theme at bottom then you can toggle snow off/on next to the links tab up top
