These roms are not bad dumps.  No need to remove them from the DAT.

I know hence they are stopping in.

I tested them this morning just to make sure.  Usually a bad dump will refuse to load, crash mfme or simply sit there in limbo.

There are probably loads of bad dumps/roms that do not run correctly but they stop in because they are a 'record' of what we have.

I've noticed on many occasions that S4 roms can be picky, I've even had to rename the files on occasion to get them to even run without crashing mfme.   Bloody techs

Hopefully we will be finding out if there are any epoch bad dumps sometime in the near future....  

 

Who's excited about the new emulator?  Christmas release?  Hope so.

 

Any new fruit machine emulator that is emulating any new techs is going to be pretty awesome for fme enthusiasts...  will there be more techs emulated apart from epoch?

What tech is crocodile rock? It loads but half the lamps don't work it's bloody annoying because I love that machine. I think it's MPU5 not sure nut it's an old Empire machine.

Sounds like an empire machine to me. Could be wrong, almost certainly mpu5 if it loads in

Yes it is MPU 5 it has lamps missing the same as Big Deal I was working on, it needs a lamp extender similar to the one used on MPU 4

Yep that's correct.  If it wasn't for that problem I'd have released a layout for it years ago (2008 it says on my wip) as I had some pretty decent artwork for it.

Could ask wizard to add a lamp extender to the emu as a Christmas gesture of good will. Will The eopch emu just be running epoch roms or will it be capable of running other techs I am not sure if killcrazy has said weather he will add other techs to it. Hope the emu is still going well because I want to murder London underground beaver las vegas and and one impulse machine that had like red and blue diamond shapes on it. 

 

And yes DAD it is annoying without the EDIT button in.
