I know what i'd do........... blow it on a 40/1 shot down the bookies, no only joking
Don't waste it on fruities, go and treat yourself to a new shirt or pair of jeans. At least have something to show for it at the end of the day even if its a hangover. Don't get that sick to the stomach feeling that losers get, we all know what it feels like when we've lost heavily.

Well I jumped into the river
Too many times to make it home
I'm out here on my own, an drifting all alone
If it doesn't show give it time

Good idea, go to the bookies early in the morning, say whenever they open. Make some reasonable bets on some GGs, decents odds [IMHO thats say 16/1 > 100/1 E/W [1st/3rd Place] in a 9 horse race].
I'd recommend £1 E/W [thats £2 per bet], say 10 races [thats £20]. Heck, last time a 50/1 shot came in I was laughing to the bank. Haven't done it in ages, but it used to work great..... but I had to stop gambling so it was bye bye bookies
So, anyway, basic plan
You have £100 to spend :
1st) - £20 on say 10x£1 E/W (£20 total) on long odds horses at the bookies. DON'T CHECK THE GGs UNTIL LATE 4TH POINT!
2nd) - Have a nice day out, go for picnic, see the sights, e,t,c [say £30]
3rd) - Have a nice evening, go out for a pint or so [say £30]
4th) By now you've spent £80 or so [maybe £100, depends on how much you like to spend ] - but you've got those 10 bets you have no clue about.
5th) Sit on the sofa with gf/wife, and go through the pages on teletext [or use WillHill or other online sites], and see how many you won. Online is good because it shows you in black and white how much you have in your account as soon as you log in - you could place those 10 bets on an online service and then run off for the day
6th) If you've not won, it was only £20, far better than previous losses, and you can have a bit of a laugh about it, if you break evens, thats great, and if you win, spend the cash on the gf/wife
Pretty simple, but I reckon I could be the best councillor in the country
Worth a thought I reckon

Have to agree with Tracey.
Go spend it on something you'll still have in the morning.
A PS2 or XBox (if you don't already have them), some clothes, something new for your computer, etc.
If you can't find anything to spend it on, put it in a savings account (one that you need to give advance notice to withdraw from) and have a quiet weekend in.
If you really want to waste it though, you can send it to me.
Smiley.

Lol good point, seemed logical at 11:33pm though
I've not been on the GGs since about Christmas, went out on a high though [2x50p E/Ws which gave a £22 return], but it isn't worth getting addicted.
Having said that, I meant as an alternative to shoving £100 into a Club bandit. As an alternative to that, I don't think it is a particularly bad idea. Recommending you spend the money on something else is not a substitute for putting it into a bandit, although it would be the most wise use of the cash

Right here is what you should do with that £100 each week
Week 1: Buy a CPCB for around £100 (or if more wait until week 2)
Week 2/3: Put £100 in youre own bandit, has effect of savings account AND playing the bandit without the boringness or the sick to the stomach feeling if you loose
Week X : Repeat and use the £X000 that you have in the bandit to buy a car/go on holiday, etc etc etc

IMHO you would be lucky to get a Club PCB for less than £200, and now that Barcrest have decided to clone it, and make Club Frenzy [their most recent Club machine], no doubt that will increse prices....

I may be wrong Jamesbond, but I 'think' pash is on about having £100 a payday (monthly / 4 weekly) as IMHO £100 to waste a week isn't really stopping gambling is it.
if it's burning a hole in your pocket then go to a casino, admittedly you're limited as you only have £100
but you could play a colour for ages, or place £90 on Tierre (spelt wrong probably) and £10 on Red for example, with a potential come back of around £280 on the bottom 3rd of the reel.
or do a 4 way £25 bet, 1st column, 2nd column, 1st 12, 2nd 12.
if it comes in you have £150. or just put £100 on red / black / odd / even.
get ya £200 and buy what ya want.
what I'd do (and I told myself this many times after a 'losing streak' is buy something you want, or start a hobby. £100 a month can get you a good hobby. just make sure you enjoy it, as I've started many things and none of them are finished.

I could get you a guarenteed profit, but it involves being near a train station around midnight on a friday night.
The story is; I used to work for a betting exchange, and it was noted that after the days papers came out, the odds of horses which were massively tipped up by "experts" came in by roughly 20%. Most bookmakes have a book of around 120%, so a 20% gain wont help. However, Betting exchanges play a book of 100%, so a gain of 20% will become profit.
Here's what to do:
1. Get a racing post straight away (around midnight on stations, ideally friday night), and see what is tipped up.
2. Leg it to a internet terminal, and put 100quid on this horse to win, with say betfair (biggest betting exchange)
3. Log on to betfair around midday the next day, and the price of the horse will have come in on average by 20%. Now, lay this horse (basically you're backing it too lose) at its new odds. spending the right amounts on this will net you a £25 profit, if the horse wins or loses.
example.
100 quid on a horse to win at 4-1 will return 400 quid
.......odds come in by 20%........
375 quid on the horse to lose at 3-1 on will return 125 if it loses.
Therefore, if it wins you will win (400 quid - 375quid) = 25quid
if it loses you will win (125 quid - 100 quid) = 25 quid
