Partytime will be the death of me.
Yes that crappy game, which has I have plundered a many quid into it awaiting that f**king man to say "its you"
The bloody game even haunts me on this website, often while browsing the forum, people ask "Is anyone doing partytime" etc etc
Please people, this fruity is the worst of the lot of 'em. its waste a space, its a waste of time, it should be banned in all countries. all of the machines should be burned alive (with the plug in), the makers should be beaten with cod liver oil capsules and made to eat the ashes of the cabinets.
Saying that, is anyone going to emulate it soon, i;ve been waiting ages

Nope, and you are quite right, it is shite.
And Col, you are not the only person to have never played one (although you may well be the only person that has never seen one), i too have never played it although i have seen quite a few.

Astra's Party Time machines and variants are equipped with the latest in Heber technology, which includes wrinkle-sensors on the start button. If you are over 60 the machine will be able to tell, and your pension/invalidity benefit/grandchildren's inheritance will last much longer. However, if you're a younger player, say under 35, then you're in trouble. The less wrinkles the machine detects, the longer you have to wait for a feature, and the less it will go for. Fact. Players have been known to hold their hands in a sink of hot water to get the desired effect, but this doesn't work. They forget to apply hand-cream afterwards, which is a vital ingredient.
There is also a piss-sensor situated near the payout tray (level with the player's groin). Once again, if the player emits a piss-smell stronger than 100 units per 10,000 cubic millemetres of airspace the game switches to super-generous mode and the loose-bladdered gamer is thus rewarded.
Finally any mobility-aids whatsoever (combined with wrinkles and piss) are also beneficial to our blue-haired chums. Wheelchairs, zimmer-frames and even the walking stick are all detected, giving the player an advantage. But trainers and jeans have the opposite effect, and thus giros/wages/mortgage payments/loans are all in big trouble.
Now you know.

Watch out! There's a SIG thief about...

Nope, he's not the only one who's never seen or played one.
If it's anything like I've heard, then I don't want to either.
Isn't it only grannies that play them?
Smiley.

That makes three of us that have never seen...or played Party Time.
Judging by most of the comments I thank God that I've quit.
Take the hint guys.....Stop playing and you'll find that you have much more money in your pockets!!!

Lol, I thought it was pretty funny
Anyway, I've played Party Time a couple of times, and even though I am no longer an addict, I will put say £15 a month into a Party Time. Simple reason being that people always leave them at the 'wrong' time, unlike a hi-tech AWP where they are often left for dead [at least they were once I'd finished on them ]
Basically I stake £5 in each of the 3 machines. If only 2 machines available, then £7 in each, and if only 1 available, the full £15 in that one.
More often than not, I've had a decent profit at the end of it. I'll be honest, for playability, it is a shite machine, but if you want to try double your £15 in about 2 minutes, and don't mind losing it if needs be, it can be quite funny
Oh, and anyone thinking of calling me an addict - I've gone from staking around £50 a night in pub machines into £15 a month, basically my equivalent to playing the lottery
